I already paid for AirScreen Pro, but cannot use Pro feature
After your payment, your subscription will sync to your device by the payment system of Google Play/ Amazon Appstore. However, your order might not take effect immediately due to the delay of network or subscription system. We’re so sorry that we cannot solve the problem in time, because the synchronization process is not managed by us.
As one of our users, we always want you have a smooth experience with our AirScreen. To fix this problem, you could try the following steps:
- Please try to upgrade your device's Google Play/ Amazon Appstore to the latest version.
- Next, sign out your account on Google Play/ Amazon Appstore.
- Then, restart your device and sign in your account to see if you could restore the subscription.
